4th of July Parade
The theme of the 2020 parade is “FREEDOM”.
The annual parade is hosted by the Meeker Chamber of Commerce and is held downtown Meeker on Main Street starting at 10 am. It will begin on 7th & Main and will conclude at 4th & Main.
Anyone can enter the parade – whether you are an individual, an organization, a business , or a vehicle with a message! Just fill out the form and send it to the Chamber of Commerce by June 30th. It’s FREE!

The parade is free to the public. The parade announcer is Mayor Kent Borchard, The national anthem will be sung by Emma Vaughn, and the parade judge is Ben Quinn.
PARADE PRIMARY ROUTE: The primary route will be along Main Street from 7th to 4th. The announcer will be in front of the Courthouse Lawn pavilion where entries will stop to perform if they want. The parade announcements will be broadcast throughout the speakers on Main street from 7th to 4th street.
SECONDARY ROUTE: A secondary route has been added this year to allow viewers to spread out and view the parade. This route is optional for the parade entries, and the announcements from the speakers will be more difficult to hear.
Join the Masons Rio Blanco Lodge #80 AF&AM for pancakes on the Courthouse Lawn from 7:00am-9:30am. It’s $10 per plate ALL YOU CAN EAT!
The biggest proportion of funds achieved go to scholarships to Graduating Seniors from Meeker and Rangely schools.
